Scene 1

4 months later ....

Andy is back at the house still wondering where Ellie has gone, why hasn't she called and when he has tried to phone her the phone is off or she wont answer. Andy started to think back to what happened why he didn't see this coming. He thought out loud 

" it was all those meeting, black tie galas, meeting after meeting, i knew it . I never made time for the family especially Ellie, But this is my job what am i going to do, i love my job and i love my family .........."

Then he got interrupted but a voice behind him " maybe you need to love your family more !"

Andy turned around to see Laurie standing there with Stan as she has come back from 'baby sitting' 

"i thought you had him for the day ..like morning, noon and night , till tomorrow " Andy went 

"Well i thought i would bring him back because i didn't want to leave you alone , at least with Stan here you can concentrate on him and take your mind of other " 

" Laurie can i ask you something ?"

Laurie know standing there with the palms clasped together with sweat because she was scared and nervous about what Andy was about to ask her .

"Go on !" Laurie quietly said 

" What's got into you lately ? helping out ? you have never got on with Ellie ? and know your helping me and before that your were so supportive and was trying to get Ellie back for me huh?"

" ummm Well there was this one thing that  happened a long time ago and we made a promise .."

Andy looking at her with a shocked face 

"...yes a promise, what all of you don't know is that me and Ellie used to be friends along long time ago before we knew anyone of you and the rest of the gang ! "

Andy looking at Laurie in surprise " So your telling me than you Laurie Keller used to be best friends with Ellie Torres "

"YES ! " she proclaimed

"ok .. im just having a hard time adjusting to the thought of you two being best friends "

Looking at Laurie still not getting his head around what he just heard and watching Laurie walk out the door he shouted " well whatever happened thank you "

Scene 2
Back at Barbs house, just down the street, Barb is in the kitchen preparing a little afternoon snack when Ellie walks in and heads over to Barb will saying "Thanks again for letting me stay here i know i have been here a while, but im just starting to find my feet again and feel more confident "
" Does that mean we can venture out and have a girly day out shopping ?" Barb replied
Ellie hadn't been out of the house in so long not even into the back garden, only lately has she started to leave her hair hang down and loose and putting a little bit of make up on, before this her hair was tied up all the time, she hadn't put a inch of make up near her face, although she didn't need to she was stunning without make-up, and all she wore were sweat pants and baggy jumpers and slippers.
Ellie looked at Barb with a nervous expression " ummmm.... maybe .."
"Come on Ellie ..you haven't been out in 4 months you need some fresh air and some new sweat pants " she replied with a giggle and smile in her eyes
"yeaaaaaaaaaaah i guess " straining the answer out of body
"Great ! now lets get you out of these clothes and into something you will feel confident in "
"I feel ok in these pants , i'll just go like this "
"oh no you wont , you are putting a pair of heels on at least and well lets just say this SWEAT PANTS DO NOT GO WITH HEELS , so come on lets get changed " Barb forced
Ellie walked up those stairs like a teenager with a a attitude.
45 minutes later with Barb starting to lose patience she shouted up while turning her body around
 " Are you ready ?"
Ellie didn't reply and when she had not replied in the last 10 minutes Barb tuned back around to face Ellie walking down the stairs in a little black number with bright red shoes and her hair and make up done . She looked Beautiful.
" Ok gorgeous ... lets go !" Barb said with joy

'We Meet Bobby’

Walking through the streets of California, abandoned, looking up to the sky which was pitch black with no stars and covered with clouds. There were tall buildings that looked so dark and eerie with no life. With their head hanging down with no energy to raise it, they just keep walking with no place to go, dressed in dark jeans held up with a black belt that they had since they were 14 years of age, and white vest that was  slightly dirty after walking so far and falling over. They pulled all the energy that they had to lift their head and look over to a street bench where there was a lamp post shining the only light on the street, so they went over and sat down and gathered their thoughts together and said allowed “Am I ever going to find her ?”

2 days earlier…

Living in Texas Bobby Cobb, a guy in his late 30’s, is sitting on his boat, a land boat, just there listening to the concert that was being played 4 streets away.

A song called ‘Our Kind Of Love’ by Lady Antebellum was playing and he listened to the words carefully and was deep in thought thinking about this one person that he has loved for a while but has never had the courage to say anything because he thought that she would never fell the same way about him. The lyrics were so meaningful to Bobby that he sometimes thought that could be him and her one day. Bobby was a romantic at heart and needed a special person to share it with, he had been married once before and in love too but this time the love was different, the love that Bobby had was much more special it was much more deeper and loved this women like it hurt, the only problem was that the women he loves had just moved to California for 6 months of the year.

Bobby was the kind of guy that couldn’t hold his feelings for a piece of chicken more than for a day, so for the women he had loved for 9 months was a miracle he had kept it from her and said nothing to anyone not even his best friend.
